Ricotta Cheese Coffeecake

Preheat oven to 350

Bake 45 – 50 minutes

9 X13 glass pan  (do not grease or flour)

1 box Butter Recipe Cake Mix

3 eggs

¾ c. Sugar

2 tsp Vanilla

15 oz. Ricotta Cheese

Mix cake according to the box directions and pour into 9 X 13 pan.

Beat eggs; add sugar, vanilla and the ricotta cheese- this will be of a watery consistency.

Pour on top of the unbaked cake and evenly spread to cover the cake.  During the baking the cheese mixture will sink to the bottom.  Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut into squares.

** Keep cake refrigerated in the glass pan.  Cake also freezes well.
