1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
4 beaten eggs
1 1/2 cups flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup plus 2 T. cocoa
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup chopped nuts

Melt butter, cool. Stir in sugar and eggs. Mix flour with salt and cocoa. Stir into butter mixture with remaining ingredients. Bake in greased 13 x 9 baking pan for 35 minutes at 325 degrees.
