David's Breakfast

Ingredients:
6 slices bacon (break into pieces)
2 cups cubed hash browns
1/2 cup green bell pepper chopped
1/4 cup onion - chopped
1 cup cheddar cheese
6 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

In a large skillet fry bacon until crisp, drain and leave 3 Tbsps of bacon drippings.
Add potatoes - cook till brown then add peppers and onions and cook about 5 minutes.
Sprinkle cheese over potatoes and stir until cheese melts.
Break eggs into skillet, add the seasonings and stir gently.
Cook mixture until eggs are done.
Sprinkle top with bacon pieces and serve.
