Grilled French ToastFrom THE FAIRTHORNE COTTAGE BED & BREAKFAST
1 pkg cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups half & half
1 Tbsp. vanilla
Blueberry All Fruit Spread
Slice bread on a diagonal about 1 1/2 inches thick then slice in center to create a pocket.
Spread one slide of pocket with cream cheese and the other side with about 1 Tbsp. of jam.
Put eggs, half & half, and vanilla in blender to mix. Pour over sliced French Toast. Soak overnight.
Grill on both sides about 10 mins. Brush each slice with melted butter.
Drizzle Knott’s Berry Farm Blackberry Syrup on top. Then fresh sliced strawberries.
Serve with sausage.
