Egg Custard PieFrom THE ENOCH'S FARM HOUSE INN BED & BREAKFAST
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 cups milk 1 tsp. vanilla
Mix eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla together. Add milk. If you want it to cook quickly, add 1 tsp. of flour to mixture before the milk is added. Thoroughly mix and pour into uncooked pie shell. Bake the pie at 350 degrees until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
