3 cups flour
1 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons white sugar
4 teaspoons (rounded) baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
¼ teaspoon cloves
¼ teaspoon allspice
¼ teaspoon ginger
1 cup milk
1 cup canned pumpkin
½ cup unsweetened applesauce
2 eggs

Mix all ingredients. If desired, add ¾ cup raisins and ½ cup coursely chopped walnuts. Fill sprayed muffin tins almost to top. Makes 14-15 muffins. Bake at 325° for 20-25 minutes. Enjoy!
