Yield:Yields 2 quarts
- 3/4 cup Celery
- 3/4 cup Sweet Onion
- 3/4 cup Green Olives
- 3/4 cup Chopped Walnuts
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Pint Sour Cream
- 1 quart Mayo
- 1 pinch Ground Black Pepper *Add to Taste
- 1 pinch Dill *Add to Taste
- 1 pinch Garlic Powder *Add to Taste
- 1 bag Fresh Vegetables and/or Whole Wheat Crackers
Combine ¾ cup of each, diced: celery, onion, green olives.
Add ¾ cup chopped walnuts.
Add 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 1 pint sour cream, and 1 quart mayo
Add to taste- Dill, ground pepper, and garlic powder.
Serve with fresh vegetables.
