Sclloped Pineapple

An easy but very tasty warm fruit dish made with items that almost everyone keeps in their pantry all the time!

Ingredients

  • 35 oz. (approx.) Canned Pineapple Tidbits
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Flour
  • One Stack Ritz Crackers (crushed)
  • 1/2 Stick Butter, melted

Directions

Mix together canned pineapple (slightly drain - retain most of the liquid), sugar and flour.  Pour into a well oiled casserole dish or ramekins.  Mix the crushed crackers and melted butter and sprinkle on top of fruit mixture. Bake at 350 for 35 to 45 minutes.  Serve with whipping cream (or vanilla yogurt) topped with freshly grated nutmeg.
