Heavenly Crab Scramble

From THE CHADBOURNE HOUSE
Serves 6

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
9 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 cup milk
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, cubed small
6-8 ounces fresh crab meat, flaked
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill

Fresh fruit for garnish

Melt butter in a 12x7 inch pan. In a medium bowl, add eggs milk cubed cream cheese, crabmeat, salt, and pepper: pour into pan over butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Remove from oven and let rest 5 minutes.

To serve, cut into squares and sprinkle with dill.
