Royal Eggs and CheeseFrom CASTLE IN THE COUNTRY BED & BREAKFAST INN
- Spray glass baking cups with vegetable oil.
- Fill ¾ full with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Break 1 egg on top of cheese, break yolk slightly.
- Sprinkle light cream over egg (about 1 tablespoon).
- Sprinkle with garlic salt, parsley and minced onion.
- Fill cup with additional cheddar cheese.
- Bake at 375° for 25 minutes - or until eggs are firm.
