1 c. frozen fruit (grapes, melon, etc.) 3/4 c. low fat milk 1/2 banana 1/2 t. vanilla 2 T. sugar (or sweetener of choice) 1/2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries Sprig of fresh mint Combine all ingredients in blender and whisk on low setting until well blended. Pour into footed glasses and garnish with mint. Place in freezer up to 15 minutes prior ot serving. Makes two to three smoothies. |
