Preheat oven to 475 degrees. In blender mix:
1 cup flour In 10 inch oven proof skillet melt: 2 tbsp butter Add:
2 small Granny Smith Apples, peeled, cored and sliced thin (too much apple will cause pancake not to rise) Sprinkle with:
cinnamon
Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 375 degrees and bake an additional 10 minutes |
