No Crust Bacon Pie

This recipe is easy and delicious!  My guests enjoy it as a main item on their plates.  It only has four ingredients and even I can remember that!  Sometimes I might add small pieces of zucchini and/or tomato after I put the mixture in the pans.


  • 12 large eggs
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 2 cups grated cheddar or colby jack
  • 2 small packages real bacon bits (salad section of store)


Mix four ingredients together.  Pour into to 8 inch pie pans covered with non-stick spray.  Add zucchini and/or tomato to the pans (small pieces)  Cook at 350 degrees for about 40-45 minutes.  Serve hot!
