Chocolate Pistachio CakeFrom BROOK FARM INN
1 box pistachio pudding
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup oil
3/4 cup chocolate syrup
1. Combine all ingredients except chocolate syrup.
2. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed.
3. Pour 3/4 of batter into greased tube pan
4. Add chocolate syrup to remaining batter. Pour over batter in pan.
5. Bake at 350 for one hour.
6. Cool in pan 10 min., then finish cooling on rack.
7. Sprinkle with confectioner's sugar.
