8 apples (peeled, cored and sliced) 1/2 cup raisins 1/2 cup sliced almonds 1/4 cup honey 3 TB cinnamon Place apples, raisins, almonds in baking dish and cover with honey and cinnamon. Cover dish and place in microwave for 1-2 minutes. Remove from microwave and stir then cook covered for another 1-2 minutes. Yield: 4 cups |
