Great for the hot summer months in Brenham, Texas. It is always a hit and great for the gluten free or lactose intolerant guests!
Blend in a mixer the pineapple, bananas, and frozen orange juice well. Add the coconut milk, mango nectar, sugar and water. Mix all together on low speed until well blended. Pour in a 3 quart dish. Cover well and place in the freezer overnight. Remove from the freezer at least 30 minutes before serving. Scrape and place in pretty glasses and garnish with mint, or friut.
