Hot Chocolate Indulgence

Yield: two happy guests

3 1/2 tblsp. unsweetened Cocoa
3 tblsp. sugar
1 Dash of cinnamon, to taste
1 1/2 cups whole milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 large marshmallow, preferably home-made

Mix cocoa, sugar and cinnamon in a 4 cup measuring cup and mix well.

In a medium sauce pan heat milk and heavy cream until very hot and bubbles start forming on surface. Strain through a fine meshed sieve into cocoa mixture and whisk until cocoa is dissolved. Pour into two warmed cups and add a marshmallow to each cup.
