Ingredients:
8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
3/4 cup strawberry jam
1/4 cup chopped pecans
French or Italian bread

Batter:
4 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 Tbsp vanilla
(beat together)
Directions:
Mix cream cheese, jam and nuts. Cut Italian or French bread into
diagonal pieces about 1 inch thick. Cut pocket in each slice. Stuff
with mixture. Dip into batter, coating both sides. With skillet on
medium heat, brown both sides in margarine.
