Blue Lake Ranch is surrounded by beautiful old pinon trees which produce a cornucopia of nuts in the fall. They add a distinct and delicious southwest flavor and texture to pancakes.
Any pancake mix (follow instructions for 10 people) Mix batter per instructions package. Add pinon nuts and fold in. Cook and serve.
