Wheat Muffins



1/3 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
8 oz. yogurt
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt


Heat oven to 350 °

Cream butter and sugar, and egg together. Mix whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt, and add to creamed mixture, alternately with yogurt. Stir until mixed well. Spray muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray, and fill 2/3 full with batter. Bake 15 min. at 350.

Makes 1 doz. muffins
