Ginger-Pineapple Spread

From BIG MILL BED AND BREAKFAST

1 eight-ounce container Kraft pineapple cream cheese, room temperature
1 Tablespoon Calamondin, Kumquat or orange marmalade
Peel of 1 orange, grated
1 teaspoon grated or finely chopped crystallized ginger

Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Using hand mixer, whip ingredients for several minutes. Chill.

Yield: 1 cup

Serving suggestions: Serve with specialty sweet breads such as Yellow Squash Bread or Cranberry Bread.
