Butterscotch Cake



  • 1 box Butterscotch Pudding
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 Yellow Cake Mix
  • 12 oz. Bag Butterscotch Morsels
  • 1 cup Chopped Nuts


Combine milk and butterscotch pudding mix in glass bowl. Cook (high) in microwave for 3 minutes. Stir, cook 3 more minutes or until thick. Combine dry cake mix and cooked pudding. Pour into prepared 9x13 baking pan. Sprinkle butterscotch morsels and nuts on top. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
