Chocolate Sour Cream Cake

From ARLINGTON''S WEST MOUNTAIN INN
1 cup water
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2/3 cup sour cream
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
3 oz. unsweetened baker's chocolate, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla

Combine all ingredients in one bowl.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Frost with a mocha frosting.
