In a large bowl....mix well:
3 ripe bananas, mashed Add:
2 tsps vanilla Add:
2 1/3 cups flour Stir together and add:
1 cup buttermilk Stir in:
1 cup dried cranberries Butter and flour 10" tub pan. Pour in batter and bake about 1 hour at 350° until pick comes out clean and cake pulls away from sides of pan. When completely cool, invert cake to remove from pan.
