Fancy Baked Egg Scramble with Swiss Cheese

In a large skillet, combine and cook until eggs are slightly set.

3 tablespoon margarine
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped, green pepper
2 cup cooked, cubed ham
12 eggs, beaten
4.5 oz. mushrooms

Set aside egg mixture in large bowl. Prepare Mornay Sauce by heating margarine and adding flour and chicken flavor to make paste. Add milk, and cheeses and cook until thick and cheese is melted.

2 Tablespoon margarine
2 Tablespoon flour
1 tsp. chicken-flavored bouillon
1 1/2 cup milk
2 oz. shredded swiss cheese
1/4 cup parmesian cheese (grated)

Mix egg mixture and sauce together and pour into Pam sprayed 9 x 13 dish. Top with 1/4 cup grated parmesian cheese and 1/4 cup crushed potato chips.

Bake 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
