1 package dry yeast 1 1/4 cups warm water 1/2 cup sugar 1/3 cup nonfat dry milk 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup melted butter 1 egg ( lightly beaten) 3 1/2 cups flour Mix yeast with water in a large prewarmed bowl. Add remaining ingredients, using enough flour to make a thick batter. Cover with towel and let rise until double. Gently stir down and drop by spoonfuls into greased muffin tins, filling 2/3 full. Let rise until double is size. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes. |
