Mix together
2 1/2 cups bran flakes
2 cups wheat germ
1 cup sesame seeds
2 brown sugar
5 cups whole wheat flour
5 teaspoons soda
1 teaspoon salt

Mix and add to dry ingredients
1 cup honey
1/2 cup molasses
1 cup oil
4 eggs beaten
1 quart buttermilk
2 cups boiling water

Mix well and bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Batter may be stored up to one month. Makes 72 muffins.
