Cinnamon-Raisin Breakfast Pudding

- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 loaf whole wheat cinnamon raisin bread, unsliced (cut off crust and slice into cubes)
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 5 eggs
- 3 egg yolks
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 cups milk
- 1 cup Half & Half
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
Directions
Arrange bread in greased baking dish (one 9 x 13 x 2-inch). In a bowl, beat together the whole eggs and yolks. Whisk in the remaining ingredients. Pour evenly over the bread slices. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Drizzle with the melted butter and bake, covered for 45 to 60 minutes or until cooked through. Dust with powdered sugar and top with fresh berries.
