Apple and Orange Salad with Honey-Garlic Dressing

From ABINGDON MANOR AN EXTRAORDINARY INN & RESTAURANT

In the late 1970's there was a restaurant in Miami that had a wonderful salad dressing made with oil, honey and garlic which I recreated and paired with a fresh salad of apples and oranges. It makes a nice light summer salad.

Ingredients
1/4 cup each honey and Wesson Oil
1 clove of garlic, peeled and crushed
bibb lettuce
red and green leaf lettuce
1 red apple, sliced thinly
1 green apple, sliced thinly
2 oranges sectioned

Instructions
Mixed the oil, honey and garlic in a jar with a lid and shake before serving. Tear lettuce into bite size pieces and mix with apples and oranges (you can also add some toasted pecans) and then toss with the dressing.
