Breakfast Casserole
From THE INN AT HERMANNHOFIngredients
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1 lb. pork sausage, cooked and drained
- 6 slices bread, cubed
- 1 lb. pork sausage, cooked and drained
- ¼ cup diced green onion
- ¼ cup diced red pepper
- 1 tsp. dry mustard (opt.)
- ½ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. pepper
- 2 cups milk
- 1 ½ cups Cheddar Cheese, and more for topping
Directions
Line the bottom of a 9” x 13” pan with the bread.
Combine all other ingredients and pour over bread.
Refrigerate over night.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
Top with grated cheese just before serving.
Serves approx 12.
