Cheese Souffle

Directions

Ingredients:

Mix together -
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup whole milk
1 egg

Add -
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup shredded cheddar
1 cup blue cheese crumbles

Pour into a shallow soufflé dish and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until top is golden brown. Serve with toasted French bread slices or bland crackers.
