Cheese Pancakes
From THE MERMAIDS' PORCH BED AND BREAKFASTIngredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 C milk
- 1 C cottage cheese
- 2 t Vanilla
- 1 1/2 C flour
- 1 t baking powder
- 6 T sugar
- 1/2 t salt
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Let batter set at least 30 minutes, but best if overnight. Cook on medium heat. Pancakes will be thinner than regular, but thicker than crepes. Serve with applesauce, a good jam or jelly and sour cream.
