Sour Cream Crab Quiche



Pastry for 1 9 inch 1 crust pie


This recipe also works well as a crustless quiche too!


6 slices of chopped and sauted bacon 1 tin of crab meat drained 1/4 cup sauted chopped onions and celery 1/4 cup Shredded Swiss Cheese


Layer these ingredients in pie plate


In a bowl combine 1/4 tsp baking powder 1 tsp flour 1 3/4 C sour cream 4 beaten eggs


Pour over the layers in the pie shell


Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes Serves 5-6
