Breakfast Pizza

From A VIEW TO REMEMBER BED & BREAKFAST

Directions

1 loaf of frozen bread dough 8 oz of lite or regular cream cheese 1/2 cup Sugar 1 Egg 1 tsp Vanilla

 

2 cups of fresh or drained canned fruit

 

To try- mixed berries or cherries chopped fresh peaches chopped fresh apples with cinnamon Thaw bread dough in refrigerator then bring to room temperature. Press dough in a 14 inch pizza pan.

 

In a mixing bowl combine softened cream cheese,sugar,egg and vanilla and then spread evenly over dough.

 

Sprinkle fruit of your choice over cheese Bake at 375 for 30-40 minutes.

Allow to cool 10 minutes before slicing
