Blue Berry Bread Pudding

- 7 eggs
- 1 t vanilla
- 2t cinnamon
- 1 C sugar
- 6 to 8 croissants
- 2 1/2 C milk
- 2 C Blueberries
Directions
Greased 9x13 baking dish. Cut crosissant in cubes and add to dish. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl. Reserve 1t of cinnamon and 1/2 cup of sugar for topping.
Pour egg and milk mixture over croissants. Sprinkle blueberries over top. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over top of berries.
