Ingredients:
2 cups Granola Mix
1 cup Macadamia Nuts, chopped
2 cups Vanilla Yogurt
4 cups Frozen Light Whipped Topping
1 cups Shredded Coconut
1 cup White Chocolate Baking Bar, shredded
2 Kiwi Fruit, peeled/coarsely chopped
1 can Canned Pineapple Chunks
1 can Canned Mandarin Orange Segments in Light Syrup
2 Bananas
3 teaspoons Honey
Garnish: White Chocolate Shavings
Garnish: Kiwi Fruit Sliced Rounds
Steps:
Combine: yogurt, whipped topping, coconut, and white chocolate
Combine: kiwi, pineapple, mandarin oranges, banana, honey
Combine: granola/chopped macadamia nuts
In parfait glasses alternately spoon granola mixure, yogurt mixture, and fruit mixture.
Repeat layers ending with yogurt mixture.
Garnish top of each parfait with a light dusting of granola mixture, white chocolate shavings, and a kiwi round stuck upright into the middle of topping.
This is a winner with adult/children guests alike, and it can be made the night ahead if fruit is well drained. Enjoy!
