Ingredients: 3 eggs separated 1 cup chopped ham 1 cup grated Monterey - Colby cheese 4 oz cream cheese Pie crust Beat egg whites. Mix together cream cheese and egg yokes. Add ham, Monterey - Colby cheese. Fold in egg whites pour into pie crust. Bake 350 for 35 min.
