8 or more slices cubed bread (no crust). Put bread cubes into
greased, oblong glass pan (9x13). Add 2 - 8 oz. pkgs cream
cheese, cubed. Whip 1 dozen eggs and combine with 2 cup milk
and 1/3 cup maple syrup.
Pour over bread and cheese cubes. Cover with plastic wrap and
refrigerate overnight. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
Serves 8 to 10. Serve with extra maple syrup.
