Ingredients:
4 eggs, separate yolks from whites
2 oz sugar, beat with egg yolks
1 1/2 oz sugar, beat with egg whites
5 oz baking chocolate, semi-sweet, melt in a double boiler
3 cups whipping cream, beat until stiff
Fold egg whites into egg yolks. Add chocolate and stir. Mix in whipped cream. Serve chilled. (Makes 9 to 10 portions).
