6 c. rolled oats
1 c. chopped nuts (we use pecans & almonds)
1 t. vanilla
1/3 c. vegetable oil
2/3 c. honey

1/2 c. dried cranberries
1/2 c. raisins

Pre-heat oven to 250°. Mix first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Spread on well oiled cookie sheet. Bake 90 minutes – Stirring every 30 minutes for even toasting. After cooling, add raisins and cranberries. Store in airtight container.
