1 egg
1 stick butter, softened
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
2 cups flour
1 T. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
6 oz. (1 cup) chocolate chips
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped (optional)
Beat together egg, butter, milk and vanilla yogurt. In a separate bowl, stir flour, baking powder, salt and sugars together. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees in greased muffing cups for 15 to 18 minutes.
