9" pie

4 slices buttered bread.
2 eggs.
1 c. half & half.
1/2 tsp. dry mustard.
Dash Cayenne.
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese.

Butter pie plate. Cut each slice bread into 4 triangles. Line bottom with triangles and stand up around sides for crown effect. Beat eggs, add remaining and mix well. Pour into dish and place on cookie sheet. Bake 350 30-40 minutes
