1/2 c. butter
2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. applesauce
1/3 c. milk
36 pecan halve
Place 2 tsp. butter, 2 tsp. brown sugar and 3 pecan halves in each of 12 muffin cups. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Heat in 450 oven until melted. Mix Bisquick, applesauce and milk until dough. Spoon onto mixture in cups. Bake 450 10 minutes. Invert immediatly. Do NOT overbake!
