1 c. flour
2 T. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. B. powder
1/2 c. margarine
1 16 oz. can sliced peaches
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 egg yolks
1 c. whipping cream
Mix first 4 ingredients;cut in margarine until crumbly. Put in
bottom and halfway up sides of 8" pan. Mix sugar and cinnamon. Arrange peaches over crust and sprinkle with
mixture. BAKE 400 for 15 minutes. Beat egg yolks and whipping cream; pour over peaches. BAKE 400 for 25-30 minutes.
