1 baguette French bread (8oz)
4 oz. soft cream cheese
1 c. pizza/salsa sauce
1/2 c. Ricotta cheese
1 red onion cut "thin" wedges
2 tsp. oregano
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Split bread in half lenthwise. Pull out some bread from center, leave 1/2" shell. Combine cream cheese, Ricotta, oregano, basil and garlic; spread on bread halves. Spread with pizza/salsa sauce, top with onion slices and sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake on cookie sheet 400 30 minutes. Cut crosswise into narrow strips.
