Bacon Sticks presented by Twin Lakes Lodge Email this page to a Friend

1 cup Swiss Cheese (shredded)
6 slices of Bacon (cooked and crumbled)
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Onion Flakes
1/2 teaspoon Celery Salt
8 slices White Bread, crusts removed

Stir together cheese, bacon, mayo, onion flakes and celery salt. Spread over bread slices. Cut each bread slice into 3 strips. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes. Makes 24 appetizers.
