Ingredients:
1 pound sage or hot sausage
12 slices of stale bread, cubed, with the ends cutt off
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese, Swiss and sharp Cheddar (or southwest, pepper jack, monterey jack)
8 eggs
2 cups half and half or cream
1 tsp dry mustard
3/4 tsp salt
mushrooms, spring onions, parsley, oregano
Line 9x13" greased baking dish with bread. Sprinkle cooked sausage, mushrooms, onions, parsley and oregano on top. Cover with cheeses. Pour liquid over and cover tightly. Refridgerate overnight. Bake
40-50 minutes at 350°.
