Easy Pumpkin Bread presented by Bed and Breakfast of Summerville

1 package yellow cake mix
1/3 cup molasses
4 eggs
1 can pumpkin(2 cups)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease one 9"x 5" or two 8"x4"loaf pans
In mixing bowl blend all ingreadients then beat at medium speed for 2 min. Pour into prepared pans . Bake for 2 hour and 19 mins for the 9x5 or 45 mins for the 8x4. May test with tooth pick for doneness.
Let rest the remove and serve with the following nutmeg butter if desired,
Nutmeg Butter.
Add 1/2 cup packed brown and 1 1/2 tsp nutmetg to i stick un salted butter.
Letovers should be stored in the refrigerator.
