Hot Fruit Casserole presented by Bed and Breakfast of Summerville

Ingredients:
1 - 16 oz. can pear halves, drained
1 - 16 oz. can sliced peaches, drained
1 - 16 oz. can pineapple chunks, drained
1 - 16 oz. can apricot halves, drained
12 maraschino cherries
3/4 cup light brown sugar
3 tsp. curry powder
2/3 cup slivered almonds
1/3 cup melted butter
In a 2-quart casserole combine the fruit. Add the sugar and curry. Sprinkle the almonds on top. Pour the melted butter over the mixture. Bake in a 320 oven for 1 hour. Makes 6-8 servings.
