1/4 cup butter
2 tsps cornstarch
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup raisins
1 tsp lemon juice
2-3 bananas, sliced
Melt butter. Dissolve cornstarch in water. Add to skillet. Add brown sugar and raisins. Boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, add lemon juice. Slice bananas and stir into mixture. Serve immediately. (Do not cook the bananas.)
