Ingredients:
4 cups rolled oats
3/4 cup sunflower seeds
3/4 cup coconut
1/4 cup sesame seeds
3/4 cup almonds
1 1/2 Tbsps cinnamon
2/3 cup honey
1/3 cup oil
Method:
Mix dry ingredients
Mix honey and oil
Combine wet and dry
Bake at 325 degrees for 30-40 minutes, on a cookie sheet, stirring
occasionally.
Suggestions for serving: With milk and fruit or with plain yogurt.
This recipe has been used by our family since the early 1960s. It is one of
our family staples.
